I don't remember where I found this online, or for that matter where I put my Star Fleet book with documents including fold-out blueprints for the ship... Where is the transporter room?

If you have a transporter, you don't need a bathroom.
In the cities of the future, dog food will have micro transporter tags with light detectos in it.
When the tags see the light of day again, shimmer, sparkle, gone.
I'd tell you more but I'm off to the patent office.

Found it.
Directly above the Photon Torpedo in flight, 3 decks up.
All of the major officers have private cabin bathrooms. Junior officers either share a cabin, or a have a pair of cabins sharing one bathroom.
The bridge is supposed to have 2 small restrooms, I think where the film cameras are situated to either side of the main view screen.
